Virtual School Psychologist - Maryland

A part-time contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist providing telehealth services focused on early childhood intervention. This role involves working within a child find program dedicated to identifying and supporting developmental and educational needs for children aged 3 to 5 years.

Location: Upper Marlboro, MD (Telehealth)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments and consultations via telehealth to young children enrolled in the child find program
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to create tailored intervention strategies
• Support early identification of learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges in preschool-aged children
• Document and communicate findings clearly to assist in educational planning and placement decisions
• Participate in ongoing training relevant to telehealth service delivery and child psychology

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure appropriate for Maryland
• Experience working with preschool-aged children and familiarity with child find program protocols
• Proficiency in providing telehealth psychological services
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and educational staff
• Ability to work independently within a remote service model

Schedule and Contract Details:

• Part-time engagement, approximately 10 hours per week
• Contract position supporting the 2026-2027 school year
