Pediatric Virtual School-Based Speech Therapy - Alabama
A remote opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in teletherapy to provide virtual speech services to school-aged clients. This contract position offers flexibility and the ability to work from home while delivering personalized therapy.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license and/or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in school or pediatric settings; teletherapy experience preferred
- Proficiency with technology platforms for therapy delivery and documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace conducive to remote therapy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct teletherapy sessions with students across diverse educational settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with standards
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and healthcare professionals in a virtual environment
- Monitor and report client progress through regular assessments
Location: Remote (Candidates in Auburn, AL preferred)
