Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Work From Home | Michigan

A contract opportunity is available for two Speech-Language Pathologists located in Bad Axe, MI. These positions require expertise in pediatrics, school-based speech therapy, and telespeech services.

Position details include a contract for 185 days, working 7 hours per day within a school setting.

Position #1 involves providing speech-language services in two Early Childhood Special Education classrooms. The caseload begins with approximately 20 students and may grow to around 35. Many students will have significant communication challenges and will require augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) support.

Position #2 focuses on completing Early On evaluations and delivering speech therapy services to preschool-aged children. This role carries a caseload of about 20 students, alongside conducting Early On evaluations.

Qualifications and experience sought:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school and early intervention settings
• Familiarity with telespeech therapy delivery models
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Ability to manage caseloads involving students with complex communication needs

Responsibilities include assessment, intervention planning, individualized therapy delivery, and collaboration with educational staff and families to support student communication goals.
