A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting. This 1099 contract position offers flexibility through a fully remote work-from-home arrangement, ideal for professionals seeking adaptable scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy sessions via a virtual platform tailored for educational settings.
- Utilize provided assessment tools and interactive learning materials to evaluate and support student communication needs.
- Collaborate with students and families through scheduled teletherapy appointments using an included Zoom Pro Account.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress and session notes in compliance with educational standards.
- Access clinical and technical support teams as needed to ensure effective service delivery and troubleshoot any technology issues.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience in pediatric speech therapy.
- Proficiency in delivering remote therapy sessions and comfortable using telehealth technologies.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and the ability to customize interventions for individual student goals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively through virtual platforms.
