Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in OR
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide telespeech and onsite services within a school setting in Canby, OR. This contract position is anticipated to begin with the new school year and will involve approximately 20 hours per week across four days. Specific school assignments and detailed caseload information will be provided upon placement.
Responsibilities include delivering speech-language therapy services aligned with individual education plans (IEPs), collaborating with school staff, and maintaining thorough documentation of student progress. The role requires flexibility to support multiple schools as needed and may involve participation in team meetings and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLP certification with relevant licensure for practice in Oregon
- Experience delivering telespeech therapy and in-person school-based services
- Familiarity with school-based therapy models, including caseload or workload approaches
- Ability to utilize IEP systems commonly adopted in educational environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Additional details regarding supervision, administrative time, and dedicated therapy space are forthcoming. Contractor interviews will be conducted via Zoom, with decision-making and offers handled promptly after interviews. Completion of required credentialing processes, including fingerprinting, is mandatory before starting.
