Virtual Speech Language Pathologist in GA

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telepractice to support school-based services. This role is based in Cumming, GA, offering the chance to provide remote speech therapy sessions to students requiring communication support.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver telepractice speech-language therapy to students following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring through virtual platforms
• Collaborate with educational staff to align therapy goals with classroom activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and student progress
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with parents and school personnel as needed

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech therapy services via telepractice, particularly within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children and adolescents
• Ability to engage students remotely and adapt therapy techniques for virtual delivery
