Telehealth Speech Therapy - MA
A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based services with expertise in telespeech and teletherapy. This role focuses on delivering speech and language therapy to students through virtual platforms, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication support.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students via teletherapy.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in alignment with student needs and educational goals.
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust therapy as necessary.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participating in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities relevant to teletherapy.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Proven experience providing school-based speech therapy services.
- Proficiency in telespeech techniques and teletherapy platforms.
- Ability to effectively engage and support students in a remote learning environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
