Deliver speech-language pathology services through teletherapy in a school setting, providing support to students with diverse communication needs. This contract role in Fulton, NY, involves supervising a Clinical Fellow (CF) to ensure effective clinical development and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology assessment and intervention using teletherapy platforms.
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions aligned with students' goals and educational standards.
- Supervise a Clinical Fellow, guiding professional growth, clinical skills, and documentation.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and school district procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Experience providing teletherapy services in school settings.
- Previous supervision experience preferred, particularly with Clinical Fellows.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of educational policies and speech therapy best practices in schools.
