Virtual SLP in IL
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based teletherapy services in Kankakee, IL. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech-language services through telepractice platforms, supporting students communication development remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring via teletherapy platforms.
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students needs and educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech-language strategies into classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy activities and student progress in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school personnel regarding student development and therapy outcomes.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience providing speech-language services within school settings.
- Proven proficiency in delivering teletherapy services and utilizing digital communication tools.
