Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Alaska

A contract position is available for three licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide virtual teletherapy services within a school setting. This role supports students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade, delivering speech and language therapy remotely.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of up to 55 students (caseload numbers subject to assignment location), conducting virtual speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions, and collaborating with educational teams to support student communication needs. The position requires adherence to state educational and clinical standards while utilizing teletherapy platforms to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Valid Alaska Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Alaska Educator Certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Current Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in school-based speech therapy and teletherapy services
• Ability to manage a virtual caseload efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work schedule details:

• 37.5 hours paid per week (40 hours total with 30-minute unpaid lunch daily)
• 7.5 hours paid per day, Monday through Friday
• Assignment period from August 17, 2026, to May 21, 2027
