Grades K - 5 Grades 6 - 8 Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - LA

Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide telespeech services for students in grades K-8 within a school setting. This contract role covers the remainder of the current school year and is based in Kenner, LA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver typical speech therapy services using telespeech methods to students in grades K-5 and 6-8.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated facilitator responsible for pulling students for therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Communicate with teachers and support staff to ensure integrated support for student development.

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification.
• Experience providing telespeech therapy, preferably in a school environment.
• Skilled in serving a diverse student population across elementary and middle school grades.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively with facilitators and educational professionals.
