Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - New York
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Liberty, NY, supporting elementary school students with speech and language needs. This contract role focuses on providing specialized telespeech services as well as direct intervention for an elementary caseload. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Utilize telespeech platforms effectively for remote therapeutic support
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in meetings and consultations as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience providing telespeech therapy in a school setting
- Skilled in working with elementary-aged children and managing caseloads independently
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
