Per Diem Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist | Texas

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026/2027 school year in Midland, Texas. This role focuses on supporting a caseload of 32 students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to students within a school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust therapy approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Texas state regulations.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on student educational plans as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required.
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy and school-based settings preferred.
• Familiarity with teletherapy methods and healthcare-related speech pathology practices is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
