Teletherapy Speech Language Pathologist in NM
A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Rio Rancho, NM, serving PreK through 3rd-grade students. This contract role begins on August 12, 2026, and extends through the entire school year. The caseload includes 40-50 students, requiring dedicated support to enhance their communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to PreK-3rd grade students, focusing on individual and group sessions.
- Utilize teletherapy and telespeech methods to provide remote support as needed.
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators and families to promote effective speech and language interventions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Full licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Mexico is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings.
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively.
