Bilingual Middle School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Remote - Washington
A fully remote opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract position provides the flexibility of working from home while delivering essential speech therapy services in a bilingual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments using the provided online platform.
- Deliver individualized telespeech therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades.
- Utilize bilingual skills to effectively serve diverse student populations.
- Collaborate with educational staff virtually to track student progress and adapt therapy plans.
- Use the Zoom Pro account for secure, interactive therapy sessions.
- Access clinical and technical support teams as needed to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience providing speech therapy in school settings, preferably with elementary through high school students.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver telepractice services with proficiency in using virtual platforms.
- Bilingual fluency to address language needs within the student population.
- Strong communication and technology skills.
Location: Fully remote, serving students located in Tacoma, WA.
This role operates under a 1099 contract arrangement, and while benefits are not included, contractors gain access to a virtual platform equipped with assessments and interactive learning materials, as well as ongoing clinical and technical support.
