Teletherapy Speech Therapy in School Setting - Oregon
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in The Dalles, OR, supporting a school-based contract role. This position focuses on providing telespeech services and delivering expertise in speech and language disorder evaluations and therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for patients with speech and language challenges
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Leading therapy sessions focused on speech and language improvements
- Tracking and documenting detailed progress notes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care delivery
- Engaging families in the therapeutic process to support patient success
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure or licensure eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to function both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
Additional requirements:
- Active license approved by the relevant State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Masters degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology is required
