Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - IL

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in telespeech services. This role supports students in a school setting, focusing on delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy through virtual platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough speech and language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering therapy sessions via telespeech technology to address communication disorders.
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational environment.
• Monitoring and documenting student progress in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech-language pathology services.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Proven experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings.
• Proficiency in telespeech or telepractice platforms and related technology.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current licensure to practice speech-language pathology in Illinois.
