Telehealth Speech Language Pathologist | Illinois

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in both telespeech services and holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). This position supports students across multiple grade levels, with a focus on 12th grade. The role is scheduled from August 19, 2024, through May 30, 2025, with a weekly commitment of 35 hours.

Location: Waukegan, Illinois

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology assessments and therapy services to students via telespeech and in-person as required.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Manage and carry a caseload anticipated to serve 12th-grade students, with exact numbers to be determined.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current CCC credential in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Proficiency in telespeech service delivery.
• Experience working within school settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
