Virtual Social Worker in PA

A contract position is available for a licensed Social Worker with experience in telehealth services, specializing in supporting K-6 students. This role involves providing social work services within a school setting from August 19 through May 26, requiring 3-5 hours of work per week. The position is based in Spring Grove, PA and focuses on addressing the social and emotional needs of young students through virtual sessions and parent meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver telehealth social work services to elementary students (grades K-6).
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized support plans.
• Collaborate with parents during scheduled meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.
