A contracted social worker is sought to provide telehealth services in an educational setting serving K-6 students. This position operates from August 19 through May 26, requiring a commitment of 3 to 5 hours weekly. The focus will be supporting the social and emotional well-being of elementary-aged students.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering telehealth social work services tailored to the needs of K-6 students
Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized plans to address student needs
Collaborating with parents and guardians through scheduled meetings to discuss progress and concerns
Coordinating with educational staff to support students social, emotional, and behavioral development
Maintaining detailed and confidential records in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Licensed or certified social worker with experience in school-based settings
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
Strong communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and school personnel
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently within limited weekly hours
Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly preferred
