A professional opportunity is available for two Special Education Teachers specializing in elementary EC Resource, serving students in grades Kindergarten through 4th grade. This full-time contract role is based in Franklin, NC, starting on August 24, 2026. The position requires working directly with students onsite, managing an average caseload of approximately 20 students.

Key responsibilities include delivering specialized instruction tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) using the ECATS system and supporting students within the general education setting as needed. The role demands collaboration with educational staff to foster inclusive learning environments and ensure compliance with state standards.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Active North Carolina EC General Education certification for K-12
• Proven experience in special education teaching, particularly with elementary-aged students
