Remote Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) | Oregon

A specialized role is available for a licensed Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support K-12 students across multiple counties, including Jackson, Josephine, Douglas, Klamath, and Lake. This contract position spans from December 7, 2026, to June 11, 2027, offering 30-32 hours per week with flexibility for in-person or voice telecommunication (VOCO) service delivery.

Key responsibilities include providing tailored instruction and intervention to visually impaired students, collaborating with educators and families, conducting assessments, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that promote academic and functional skills. The role demands effective communication and the ability to adapt teaching strategies via telehealth platforms or direct in-person interaction.

Qualifications and experience required:
