Position Overview: As an integral member of our virtual team, you will have the opportunity to provide speech-language therapy services to clients remotely. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders using innovative techniques and personalized treatment plans. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions using video conferencing software, engaging clients in interactive activities to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document client outcomes in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Oregon licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is required
• Experience with telepractice or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and caregivers.
