Position Overview: As a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) based in Virginia, you'll have the opportunity to deliver individualized therapy services to students in K-12 schools. From conducting assessments to developing and implementing treatment plans, you'll play a crucial role in helping students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
• Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans.
• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions using our intuitive teletherapy platform.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster collaboration with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as an SLP in Virginia.
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting or providing teletherapy services.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
