Qualifications:

  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Minimum of 2 years of school experience
  • Active licensure in Delaware or willingness to apply 
  • Ability to lead IEPs and conduct evaluations
  • Tech-savvy with exceptional interpersonal communication skills

Your Job Details:

  • Full time – 37.5 hours a week (Part time might be considered if at least 20 hours are available)
  • Elementary and Middle School kiddos
  • 30-35 Caseload (Not too hot, not too cold)
  • Mild to moderate disabilities (You got this!)
  • Direct Therapy – Recessive, Expressive, Articulation, and more!
  • Collaboration with other team members and parents while excelling in the remote scene
  • Compensation: hourly rates paid weekly

Your Professional Toolkit:

  • Your own district email and access to the IEP system (You're in the inner circle!)
  • Identifying students with speech and language abilities
  • Providing remote speech and language services (Cue the applause!)
  • Assisting in developing curriculum guides and policies (You're the curriculum hero!)
  • Tele-service for school and community speech and language endeavors
