Qualifications:

  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • At least 2 years of school experience
  • Active licensure in Idaho
  • Ability to lead IEPs and perform evaluations
  • Tech-savvy with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Job Details:

  • Full time Remote – 37.5 hours a week (part time will be considered if at least 3 days can be offered)
  • Working with Middle and High School students
  • 30-40 Caseload
  • Mild to moderate disabilities
  • Direct Therapy – Recessive, Expressive, Articulation, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members and parents while working remotely.
  • Compensation: Weekly Pay, Hourly Rates

Essential Functions:

  • Identify students with speech and language handicaps through multi-factored evaluations.
  • Provide remote speech and language services for habilitation or prevention of communication handicaps.
  • Assist in developing curriculum guides and local policies related to speech and language handicaps.
  • Conduct tele-services for school and community related to speech and language handicaps.
  • Develop coherent instructional plans meeting the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
  • Clearly communicate goals and objectives to parents, students, and relevant school personnel.
