Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' unique needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and innovative approaches.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Continuously monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Indiana licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in virtual or teletherapy settings.
• Strong communication and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload remotely.
