Position Overview: VocoVision has taken partners with Sunbelt Staffing and is in search of a skilled and committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote team in Louisiana. As a Remote SLP, you'll have the chance to work from home, offering therapy services to students requiring speech and language support. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in students' lives while enjoying the comfort of your own surroundings.

Responsibilities:

Perform remote assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student requirements
Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods and approaches
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members to support students' communication objectives
Track student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Active licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Louisiana
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong independent work ethic and caseload management skills
