Position Title: Remote Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Position Overview: VocoVision is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in Ohio. As an integral member of our virtual interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive teletherapy evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized teletherapy treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based teletherapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Collaborate with other telehealth professionals, caregivers, and educators to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of teletherapy evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in virtual continuing education, professional development activities, and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in OH.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and across various settings (e.g., pediatric, adult, school-based, teletherapy).
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and virtual teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and evidence-based teletherapy care.
