- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy services through our secure online platform, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with school staff and parents.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and California Licensure.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online platforms and digital tools for therapy delivery.
