**Position:** Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
**Contract Type:** Independent Contractor with an hourly rate of $45-$50 per hour
**Location:** Remote (work from home)
**Availability:** Full-time or Part-time (based on caseload)
**Role and Responsibilities:**
- Conduct virtual assessments, tailoring interventions for students' unique needs.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) focusing on speech and language goals.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions targeting speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and professionals for effective student support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes.
- Utilize technology effectively for engaging virtual therapy sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

**Requirements:**
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Possess an active license/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based settings.
- Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and technology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-sufficiency in time management, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
