Fully Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist - Pennsylvania

Position Details:

• Starts: August 2024 
• Ends: End of May 2025
• 8:00AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday
• Full-time or Part-time (at least 15 hours to be considered)
• K-12 Caseload (multiple schools will be serviced)
• Mild to Moderate disabilities with around 45 students
• Hourly Rate: $50 - $60 largely depending on experience of candidate and interview

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree of Speech Language Pathology (CCC’s)
• Effective English communication skills
• Clear background check
• Minimum 2 years of recent school experience
• Basic tech proficiency required
• Professional Liability Insurance needed
• Pennsylvania Teaching Certification

General Duties:

Under guidance, identify, evaluate, and prepare remedial activities for students with speech-language disorders virtually.

Essential Functions:

• Identify students with speech and language handicaps.
• Assist in curriculum and policy development.
• Provide tele-services for school and community.
• Conduct HIPAA/FERPA compliant sessions.
• Develop Individualized Educational Plans.
• Demonstrate knowledge of diverse student needs.
• Create coherent instructional plans.
• Communicate goals clearly to parents and students.
• Attend school-wide conferences when requested.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and intervention.
